Take for example our recent Service Station development at Anzac Avenue, Kallangur. The site was irregular in shape, which did not lend itself to an efficient layout. In addition, Verve successfully balanced arduous council requests for design changes, stringent SARA requirements (both the Department of Transport and Main Roads and Department of Environment and Heritage Protection) and the tenants specifications to deliver a great design outcome. Their brief was extended from the Development Application phase to include Construction Documentation with Hutchinson Builders, which was highly beneficial to the development process as a whole.
Beyond being highly capable, the team is great to work and collaborate with – there is a real value proposition as a client beyond design work.
