Our client presented us with a ‘green field’ site, which allowed us to create the initial site concept plan for this mixed use project.  We were able to increase the maximum yield of the project by including a service station, multiple food outlets and warehouse commercial buildings.  As lead consultant, we worked directly with all tenants to achieve positive outcomes corresponding to their operations and unique specifications.  We remained committed to this project throughout all development phases including concept design, development application, detailed design and construction stage support.
