One Mile State School

Verve Building Design Co. were engaged by Queensland Government prequalified registered builder, BBN Constructions, to develop the detailed design drawing package for this design and construct project.  The scope included construction of a new 2-storey staff building, and refurbishment of the existing historic administration building into 2 General Learning Areas and 6 offices.  The works also included a covered link access from the new Administration Building to the spine of the school.

The drawings and specifications where prepared with strict adherence to prescribed Department of Education building design guidelines and standards.
