Tavistock NDIS Apartments

Verve Building Design Co. were engaged by Australia’s largest privately owned construction company, Hutchinson Builders, to prepare the detailed design drawing package for this specialist disability accommodation project.  The complex consisted of 10 modern open plan living apartments and each apartment was designed for high physical support or full accessible needs.  With open plan living spaces connected to a private balcony, kitchens and bathrooms were designed with the resident needs in mind to assist with independent living.  Verve Building Design Co. provided support to Hutchinson Builders throughout the build, addressing any NDIS related design matters, and to ultimately assist in the expedient delivery of the project.

Verve Building Design Co. was later engaged by the developer to prepare artistic 3D rendered renders for marketing purposes.  These images are displayed on this website.
